The 4th Annual Rochester Educators Collaboration Event: Collaborating to Include All Learners, will take place October 7, 2010 at the Rochester Museum & Science Center.

Keynote speakers, Dr. John Penick and Dr. Ronald Bonstetter, will focus on brain-based learning. In addition, attendees will participate in one of three sessions led by regional education leaders:

Universal Design for Learning: “How can I become a reflective practitioner of UDL principles?”

Problem Based Learning/Numeracy Across the Curriculum: "What is a PBL and how can I effectively implement this strategy?"

Integrating Instruction and Assessment: "How can embedded assessments work for my students and for me?"

All area educators are invited to participate. The fee for this event is $30 and includes breakfast, lunch, and all collaboration event activities including recognition of the Excellence in STEM Teaching Award finalists.
