1) Visit: http://external.oneonta.edu/mentor/listserv.html
2) Enter your e-mail address in the text box.
3) Pull the menu down to "unsubscribe"
4) Select which listserv(s) you want to be removed from. Choices are: Esprit, BioForum, 5-8Science, Ophun-L, Nestling, ChemBond.
5) Click on the "Submit" button toward the bottom.
6) That's it. You have just reclaimed your e-mail in box.
